With a rich history spanning over 60 years and various legal entities, we have transformed ordinary family practices into prosperous businesses. Our resilience during downturns and ability to adapt have enabled us to reinvent ourselves, positioning us for success in the next 60 years.

Our Journey:
– 1958: M.N. Atabong establishes Atabong Enterprises, a fuel station in Tiko, Southern Cameroon.
– 1974: M.N. Atabong acquires assets of Richard and William King Ltd UK (R&W King) in Cameroon, leading to the establishment of a trading company. We venture into cocoa, coffee, building materials, and become a firestone distributor.
– 1989: M.N. Atabong establishes Mars Restaurant.
– 1994: Major changes occur due to the devaluation of CFA franc, resulting in the sale of parts of the trading company and the purchase of commercial real estate.
– 1998: B.N. Atabong establishes Atabong Palms, focusing on the production and distribution of palm oil. Goats are introduced to the farm in 2001 to aid in weed control.
– 2000: A.A. Atabong establishes Mbangatrouh Farms, involved in the production and distribution of palm oil and cocoa.
– 2014: B.N. Atabong establishes BNA Global Holdings.
– 2015: Atabong Palms becomes BNA Farms, and 100% ownership is transferred to BNA Global Holdings.
– 2016: B.N. Atabong establishes BNA Real Estate Enterprises. BNA Global Holdings acquires 100% interest in Mbangatrouh Farms. Mars Restaurant undergoes a transformation, with BNA Global Holdings acquiring a 51% stake and becoming Mars Group.
– 2017: BNA Global Holdings acquires a 10% stake in Atabong Enterprises. B.N. Atabong establishes BNA Farmers Capital Solutions.
– 2019: BNA Global Holdings LLC acquires the remaining 90% interest in Atabong Enterprises, leading to its transformation into Atabong Enterprises Group (AEG). As part of the transaction, ACRC is formed, and BNA Global Holdings LLC acquires a 20% stake in ACRC.
